White Shirt Everyones Wardrobe staple

Crisp white shirts are a must have staple in every women and mans wardrobe, no matter your age or size. Whilst a classic, traditional style is a safe bet, there are loads of shirts with a modern twist currently on the high street. Embellished, lace adorned, ruffled, bell sleeved or a shirt dress.

I found this cute shirt dress online at Little Mistress and a steal for only £15.

Ps. Tip for keeping your whites white, don't use to much detergent, dry on a very low heat and add lemon juice to your wash.

My favourite London location, St Dunstan in-the-East

East will forever be my favourite part of London. A lot of people think I was born and bred in Essex but I was actually born in East and lived there until I was a young teenager. East has so much charm, diversity, history and culture. This location St Dustan-in-the-East is one of its secret gems, the remains of a ruined church bombed in the second world war. It is now mainly used as a public garden and one of my favourite places to visit because of its sheer beauty.

This playsuit is easily the most fun item currently in my wardrobe. It looks so couture and bohemian from one of my favourite online fashion boutiques Little Mistress.

Colour physchology

I have always been aware of how colours change our mood, however recently I have really tried to embrace colour choices depending on whats going on in my life and to inspire my mood.

I am just about to embark on a whole new travel adventure so white seems a very fitting choice at the moment. White reflects new beginnings, purity and sophistication.

Red reflects courage, strength and energy. A colour for the gym or for when embarking on a physically tough challenge.

Blue shows intelligence, trust and efficiency. The perfect colour to wear for a work interview.

Yellow shouts optimism, emotional strength and confidence. A fitting colour to surround yourself in if you are going through a break up.

Pink screams feminity, love and sexuality. This is the colour to embrace on a first date, but don't wear to much (boys don't dig candy floss looks.)

Black the most popular colour in most peoples wardrobes oozes glamour, security and emotional safety. Which is why people often say "Black is my safe colour."
